Description

• Working on generative AI development by designing and developing applications; • Developing and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems; • Designing and developing APIs for AI models; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams; • Driving critical projects from design to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; • Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, C or C++; • Experienced in working with SQL/NoSQL technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL); • Experience with API development and integration; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Strong communication (both in English and Portuguese), teamwork and leadership skills; • Able to work efficiently on high scalable and distributed projects; • Proven experience with projects where the scope is not clearly defined; • Faster learner, easily adapting to new technologies quickly and efficiently; • Passionate and proven experience to build reliable minimum viable products and pilots in a short amount of time; • Experience working with modern agile product development teams; • Keen on helping your team to collaborate within and with other teams; • Lead by example and seen by others as an inspiring technical leader.
