Join a company that cares. • We are hiring a Mid-level React Native Software Engineer for our CARE team in Portugal! • Join our growing CARE team at Wellhub and help us build the next generation of AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) + LLMs fine-tuning, and data pipelines. • Help to define the architecture of systems and integrations, bring innovation to the table, and ensure successful deliveries. • Promote the long-term technical health of our journeys and ensure high code quality standards. • Spread development best practices, including code reviews and pair programming. • Build reusable code for future use and take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in production.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in web/mobile development. • Experience with ReactJS/React Native ecosystem. • Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking. • Experienced in implementing prototypes and in practices and concepts such as MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles for rolling out features to production. • Proficient in a broad range of common UX patterns. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems. • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written English and Portuguese. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with Firebase ecosystem would be considered a plus. • Experience with micro-frontends would be considered a plus. • Experience with other component-driven libraries/frameworks and Hybrid Native approach would be considered a plus. • Experience with Design System would be considered a plus. • Experience with Typescript would be considered a plus. • Experience with System Integrations would be considered a plus. • Experience with AWS would be considered a plus.
