Description

• Collaborate closely with Staff Software Engineer and Technical Program Manager for task feasibility and technical solutions. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain/support and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability. • Create new solutions to meet emerging needs. • Work in Kanban model. • Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions. • Make quick and smart decisions affecting product outcomes. • Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA and SLO. • Identify and raise awareness of technical debts and engineering backlog. • Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow, Approval Processes) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura).

Requirements

• You are not afraid of getting your hands “dirty”. You are a very technical professional with a passion for software and product development. • Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to evaluate feasibility of tasks and prioritize engineering issues and technical debts. • Sharp strategic mindset questioning product managers about scope and timing of features. • Experience with Apex/JavaScript. • Experience in REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with Salesforce. • Experience in Lightning Web Components. • Experience in collaborative environments with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers. • Experience in Apex Enterprise Patterns, Design Patterns, Frameworks. • Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving. • Excellent teamwork, communication and project management skills. • Must be proactive, have the ability to think outside the box, and a hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture. • Ability to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English.
