Join a company that cares. • We are hiring a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for our CIA (Client Innovation Area) Focus Area, Wellbeing Access team in Brazil! • This role is to join the Wellbeing Access team within CIA (our B2B focus area). • As a key member of the CIA Wellbeing Access team, your role involves laying the foundational blocks that enable and enhance the eligibility verification during the sign-up flow, balancing increases in the sign-up and fraud verification. • This agile team is composed of fellow developers and a product manager. Together, we collaborate on continually improving the tools and applications under your care, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of both internal teams and external clients. • You will be expected to develop the tools and the platform that power these objectives while working closely with stakeholders and the other developers. We also count on your unique view on how we evolve the platform technically and business-wise. This role is an excellent opportunity to take your expertise in front-end development to the next level.
• Have solid experience using modern component-oriented front-end frameworks such as React. • An expert using state-of-the-art JS ecosystem tooling such as Typescript / GraphQL / CSS-in-JS. • Experience in designing and developing modern web applications. • Developed or worked with shared Design Systems. • A CSS Veteran who is not afraid to experience new techniques. • Being open to new experiences, willing to learn and grow. • Willing to work within an agile environment meant to be continuously challenged and improved upon. • Understands the various testing methodologies such as unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. • A believer in automation (be it tests, CI/CD, or something else entirely); • Communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams located in several countries with different cultures. • You can communicate well in English and get your point across to technical and non-technical people in English. • Value facts and data to make decisions.
