📋 Description
• Help define architecture of systems and integrations and ensure successful deliveries. • Promote long-term technical health and maintain code quality standards. • Build reusable code, participate in incident resolution, and follow-up on engineering KPIs. • Inspire colleagues by genuinely caring for well-being and creating a supportive environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Consolidated experience in web/mobile development. • Experience with ReactJS/React Native ecosystem. • Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking. • Experienced in implementing prototypes and practices such as MVP, A/B testing. • Proficient in common UX patterns. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems. • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
