📋 Description
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability. • Bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems. • Create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows. • Work in agile development and quick prototypes. • Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve problems. • Make quick and smart decisions that affect product outcomes. • Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO. • Identify and raise awareness of technical debts and engineering backlog. • Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura). • Maintain quality from every feature developed. • Assume responsibility for initiatives. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others, prioritizing wellbeing and creating a supportive environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript. • Experience in Aura and Web Components. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience. • Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers. • Experience in Agile ecosystems. • Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving. • Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills. • Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and have a hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture. • You need to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English. • Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release, helping team members to ensure quality and knowledge improvement.
