Description

• Join a company that cares about your wellbeing. • Hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to the Partner Content team in Brazil. • The team shapes subscriber experiences, impacting millions of users daily. • Ensures subscribers have access to accurate and engaging partner content, enhancing their overall experience. • Work within an agile full-stack engineering team. • Help to define the architecture of systems and integrations. • Support existing systems in enhancing functionality, increasing scale. • Participate in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production environment. • Help and mentor other developers. • Work with cutting-edge technologies on a global scale. • Follow-up engineering and product KPIs.

Requirements

• An engineer with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience. • Experience in designing and developing modern web applications. • Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java / Golang / Kotlin). Golang and Kotlin will both be considered a plus. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies, such as PostgreSQL, Redis. • Solid architecture knowledge (event-driven architectures; serverless). • Being open to new experiences, willing to learn and grow. • Communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams located in several countries with different cultures. • A believer in automation (be it tests, CI/CD, or something else entirely). • An engineer with advanced proficiency in English. • A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization. • You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects. • A strong communicator both written and verbal. • You are tenacious and goal-oriented.
