📋 Description
• Develop and implement engaging web experiences using CMS Strapi. • Collaborate with teams to create high-performing web solutions. • Perform quality assurance across devices for user experience. • Build A/B tests in Optimizely to optimize user engagement. • Ensure adherence to UX and web development best practices. • Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. • Support web platform migrations and technical SEO implementations. • Establish relationships with design and marketing teams. • Integrate tools for workflow communication. • Assist in reviewing workflows for efficiency improvements. • Live the mission of caring for wellbeing and supporting colleagues.
🎯 Requirements
• Reside in São Paulo or be remote with office attendance as needed. • Fluency in English is mandatory. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO best practices. • Knowledge of responsive design principles. • Familiarity with web accessibility, UI/UX, and marketing best practices. • Ability to handle multiple assignments. • Experience with headless CMS is a plus. • Understanding of product analytic tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics is a plus. • Previous experience working across localizations is a plus. • Experience with Javascript is a plus.
