📋 Description
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings utilizing current architectural design software and engineering practices • Assist in the evaluation of drawings, bid recap, project submittals, and other documentation • Engineer shop drawings utilizing H2i Group standards and procedures • Analyze vendor quotations and product catalogs to review shop drawings for accuracy • Assist in the completion of the BIM Data Link for each project • Document all approved and non-approved suggestions for incorporation into shop drawings • Participate in project team meetings and coordinate assignments • Attend internal and external training opportunities • Develop internal and external relationships for project management

• Working knowledge of Revit modeling software • AutoCAD drafting • Design programming • Basic understanding of space planning • Architectural scaling • Dimensions and project matrixes • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and conscientious • Self-motivated • Ability to foster positive team relationships • Learn the specification and technical details of products
