• Ready to embark on the quest of joining Hack The Box? • At the end of this thrilling journey, you'll become a proud member of Hack The Box, with the ultimate mission to help redefine cybersecurity expertise. • The core mission of the Sales Operations Analyst is to drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate commission processing, optimizing sales processes, and delivering actionable insights through reporting. • This role empowers the sales teams with data-driven decision-making, enhances CRM efficiency, and streamlines workflows to impact overall revenue performance. • This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations while supporting the diverse revenue org consisting of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineers, and more. • This role will closely collaborate with the Revenue Operations team and with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, HR, and Finance. • Own the end-to-end processing of sales and customer success commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and improve sales efficiency, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. • Assist in optimizing sales processes, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency. • Ensure HubSpot data integrity, support system enhancements, and work with RevOps and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes. • Work closely with sales leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, finance, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, extract insights, and present complex data in a clear, compelling way • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience with a CRM platform: Hubspot (preferred), Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, etc. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets • Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization/reporting tools (Tableau) a plus
