• 🚀 Are you a creative and results-driven marketer who loves TikTok, influencer marketing, and affiliate growth strategies? • Do you thrive on scaling programs and automating processes to make them 10x more efficient? • If so, Hadley Designs is looking for YOU to join our team! • Hadley Designs is a fast-growing eCommerce brand dedicated to bringing beautiful, inspiring, and practical products to families, teachers, and creative individuals. • With hundreds of best-selling products on Amazon and TikTok Shop, we are expanding our affiliate marketing program and looking for someone to own and scale our creator partnerships. • As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing our TikTok affiliate program. • You’ll work directly with influencers, content creators, and affiliates to expand our brand’s presence and drive sales through organic creator content. • ✅ Your primary goal: Scale our TikTok affiliate program from 100 new affiliates per month to 1,000+ per month using proven marketing strategies and automation tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role. • Experience in e-commerce is highly advantageous. • Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools is a plus. • Knowledge of AI tools and their application in content generation and optimization. • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies. • Adaptability to evolving marketing and sales trends.
