• Hadrian — Manufacturing the Future • Building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies make rockets, jets, and satellites 10x faster and 2x cheaper. • Passionate about building critical infrastructure to support the nation and advancement of humanity. • As the first member of our design team, you'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to make Datum, the sourcing platform of the future. • Datum offers a powerful procurement management platform purpose-built for advanced hardware companies. • The software consolidates procurement processes into a single, customizable platform that integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise tools, streamlining requisitions, supplier management, RFQ handling, purchase approvals, and order management. • Helps deep tech leaders operate more efficiently, reduce errors, and accelerate time to market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B products • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process • Figma expert • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles metro, hybrid or remote work with travel (15%+) considered.
