Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. • 7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a technology-focused startup environment. • Strong background in contract law, corporate governance, and compliance, with experience in tax issues. • Familiarity with cybersecurity and cryptocurrency regulations is highly desirable. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
