🎯 Requirements
• Experience Level: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in fullstack roles, demonstrating senior -level expertise. • Advanced proficiency in React, with deep knowledge of building complex UIs, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and component lifecycle. • Expert-level skills in TypeScript, ensuring type-safe, maintainable, and scalable codebases. • Strong expertise in Node.js, with experience building performant, scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs. • Proven experience with MongoDB, including schema design, querying, and optimization for high-performance applications. • Advanced skills in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress, ensuring code quality at a senior level. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects from inception to delivery. • Strong aptitude for breaking down large, complex tasks into actionable, manageable segments, ensuring timely and efficient execution. • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with distributed teams, stakeholders, and technical leadership. • Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues with a senior-level approach.
