• Responsible for Daily Calls and Operational Logistics on board • Ensures all reservations provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service • Resolves customer issues promptly, offers options appropriately and efficiently • Achieve sales, margin, and weekly target goals • Create a great customer experience including any customer service issues • Ensure all trips arrive on time to all appointments • Ensures all trips have correct charges and additional fees if applicable • Ensures notes have detailed and crucial information when requested for audit
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STRONG SALES • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DISPATCH AND LOGISTICS • Professional English Vocabulary and Grammar (Tier 1) • Solid customer service skills and experience • Excellent verbal English language, written skills, and ability to multitask • Ability to make timely decisions under challenging circumstances • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail (details matter) • Leadership - takes ownership • Self-motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks • Responsible, dependable, and reliable
