• Data Entry: Accurately input data, including purchase orders (POs) and invoices, into QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Inputting Data: Transfer data from paper documents, emails, and other sources into electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Reconciling Bills: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed. • Financial Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries as requested by management or clients. • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. • Communication: Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
