📋 Description

• The CFO at Happy Mammoth will be a strategic financial leader, responsible for driving profitability, financial scalability, and business growth. • Oversee all financial strategy, forecasting, risk management, and capital allocation, ensuring the company is positioned for sustainable expansion. • Requires a proactive, hands-on finance leader with experience in eCommerce, DTC brands, or CPG.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, CPG, DTC brands, or high-growth startups. • Proven experience in scaling financial operations, P&L management, and revenue growth strategies. • Deep understanding of eCommerce financial metrics (CAC, LTV, ad spend attribution, conversion rates, and churn). • Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks), and data analytics tools. • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategy. • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with CEOs, investors, and cross-functional teams.
