Requirements
• 2-4 years of related experience • Business acumen and work experience in the Consumer Lending Business • High-caliber critical thinking and problem-solving skills for all kinds of business problems • Consistently demonstrates high levels of domain expertise such as underwriting of unsecured consumer loans • Drives solutions through defining requirements all the way to implementation with minimal guidance • Technical: High level of experience with SQL, Tableau, and R/Python • Provides subject matter expertise insights and guidance to team members • Experience presenting to Executive and Senior Leadership
