• Recording journal entries, handling accruals, managing accounts receivable and payable. • Overseeing monthly payroll for employees and generating monthly progress reports. • Assisting with client invoicing for acquired entities worldwide.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role • Graduate in accounting or related field • Experience with NetSuite or similar software is a plus • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel skills • Experience with Bill.com is an asset • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively • Ability to take initiative and work proactively • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Deadline and performance driven • Detail oriented, efficient, and accurate
