📋 Description
• Harbor is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our dynamic Research & Intelligence (R+I) team. • This is a fully remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the UK. • You will take responsibility for conflict searches and individual matter inception requests. • Conduct thorough conflict of interest checks and relevant database searches. • Liaise with fee-earners to explain conflicts issues and proposed solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in conflicts of interest within a law firm environment. • Clear understanding of relevant professional rules and regulations regarding conflicts. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Excellent attention to detail and ethical judgment. • Proficient in research with the ability to analyse corporate structures and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. • Skilled in effective communication and collaboration across multiple office locations. • Experience of working with Intapp Conflicts product is not required but would be desirable. • Relevant certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus.
