📋 Description
• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable PHP-driven web pages, ensuring seamless user experience and conversion optimization. • Create 50-100 new web pages annually, improving internal linking and implementing effective CTAs. • Optimize content for SEO, UX, and conversion, with a focus on utilizing PHP to enhance site functionality and performance. • Partner with marketing, sales, and UX/UI teams to design and deliver web content that aligns with company standards and user experience best practices. • Provide technical support to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), aiding in converting leads into customers. • Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure accurate and functional implementation of web features. • Leverage PHP expertise to design and implement software features that improve the overall functionality of the website and web applications. • Contribute to system architecture improvements to enhance both technical performance and user experience. • Troubleshoot issues and implement technical solutions to maintain and improve web page performance. • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and assess page performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize for higher conversion rates. • Regularly test and update pages to ensure functionality, speed, and user experience standards are met. • Collaborate with other developers to enhance overall web application architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness. • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in PHP code.

• Strong experience with PHP development, with a solid understanding of best practices for building and maintaining web applications. • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. • Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining web pages, optimizing for SEO, UX, and conversion through PHP-driven solutions. • Familiarity with web performance monitoring tools and analytics to track page performance and user behavior. • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, sales, and design teams, to deliver high-impact web content. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize PHP code. • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional web solutions.
