• Play a fundamental part in the growth of the contentious IP practice • Represent clients in IP disputes • Work on a broad range of contentious IP matters, from cease and desist demands to complex patent litigation • Devise and execute IP strategies outside the context of specific disputes and transactions
Requirements
• Experienced IP Solicitor with broad experience in contentious IP matters • Strong background in contentious IP • Excellent advocacy skills • Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients • Experience in a variety of forms of dispute resolution
