🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner in einem funktionsübergreifenden SCRUM-Team • Ein gutes Business-Verständnis & analytische Fähigkeiten • Die Fähigkeit komplexe Anforderungen in klare und präzise User Stories und Epics zu übersetzen unter Beachtung strategischer Ziele • Fundierte Erfahrungen aus der Energiewirtschaft und/oder einem SaaS-Unternehmen sind ein plus • Laterale Führungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in der Motivation von Teams zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (B2) und Englisch (B2)
