• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in digital-first consumer brands (CPG, beauty, wellness, or DTC). • Expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and multi-channel campaign development, with a focus on engagement and performance. • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing creative performance metrics to optimize effectiveness. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing creative teams. • Experience working closely with Marketing, Strategy, and Performance teams to align creative with business goals. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools for video, motion graphics, and digital content creation. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for digital innovation and trend forecasting, with a strong ability to evolve creative strategies in response to new technologies.
