📋 Description
•Harry’s Inc. is building a modern CPG company by putting people first and delivering against real unmet consumer needs. •The Forecast and Replenishment Analyst (Grocery) will play an essential role in facilitating success in some of our key retailers. •This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing demand and supply planning activities internally at Lume and in conjunction with our customer supply chain team. •Key performance indicators for this position include, but are not limited to: Instock percentage, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, and Promotional Event Performance.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years in an analytical, planning, data-driven role. •Experience working with retail partners (preferably Grocery) and demand planning systems is a plus. •Professional, enthusiastic, a solid team player who possesses a drive for results •Exceptionally insightful and comfortable working with large and sometimes ambiguous data sets •A model of collaborative behavior, be the type of team member you would like to work with •Resilient and scrappy- excited by the prospect of tackling and owning new challenges everyday •Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills •Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a hands-on, fast paced environment •You are a learner - always seeking to improve yourself, your team, and the world around you •You thrive on direct, honest, and supportive communication •You are always thinking about how to help the teammates around you excel •Sense of humor -- we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously
