• At GPC, we offer you not just a job, but a mission to shape the future around energy together. • We are hiring a Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into Ireland. • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in the Irish market, acquiring new clients and laying the groundwork for a successful sales team. • HUNT: Identify and target potential clients in Ireland. • Active sales in the field. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the business expands. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets. • Establish systems to support and monitor these sales strategies. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities. • Coordinate and track commercial actions. • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in acquiring new customers • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
