• Own the sales process and manage closing of homes. • Tour residents through homes and maintain pipeline conversion metrics. • Manage marketing efforts to attract potential residents and evaluate success. • Cultivate resident satisfaction and execute follow-ups for new move-ins. • Support sales and leasing agents and communicate sales updates to leadership. • Regular travel to assigned communities.
🎯 Requirements
• You have a high school diploma or GED. • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in property management. • You can spend long hours sitting while using office equipment, such as computers. This position will also require walking within the community and the lifting of materials and supplies from time to time. • You are a team player with excellent verbal and written skills. You are self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver. • You can pass a criminal background check.
