Description

• The Global Director, Ethics & Compliance oversees H.B. Fuller’s Ethics & Compliance program. • Reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Ethics & Compliance. • Manages 1-2 direct reports. • Works with the Assistant General Counsel to manage, coordinate, and oversee compliance policies. • Provides updates and guidance to senior leaders on compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 10 years’ ethics & compliance experience, including experience at a multinational corporation. • Significant experience with internal and government investigations. • Experience advising and presenting to senior leaders on complex, multi-faceted issues. • Demonstrated ability to influence in a matrixed environment across businesses and functions. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects to achieve long-term objectives. • Willingness to travel 10-20%.
