📋 Description
• We need 2 End to End Recruitment Specialists to join our firm as soon as possible. • The role will be responsible for conducting Recruitment from: • Understand the Job Requirements • Posting the Job on all available platforms • Conducting Active and Passive Sourcing • Reviewing/Screening Candidate Profiles • Conducting Interviews (phone, online) • Creating and Sending Interview Summaries/Endorsements • Following Through the Process up to Client Interviews/Exams • Assisting the Candidate to ensure selected ones push through onboarding with clients
🎯 Requirements
• A recruiter with at least 3 years of experience hiring for Corporate and Technical/IT Roles • Willing and Able to work remotely, preferrably with his/her own laptop/desktop already • Coming with working knowledge on Job Boards such as LinkedIn, FoundIt/Monster, Jobstreet, Manatal (preferred), Indeed, Facebook/Social Media • Ideally coming from a recruitment agency/firm • Preferably have worked with start ups or small companies
