• Prepare job analysis, drafting job announcements, issuing certificates of eligible candidates, and communicating with hiring managers and customers throughout the hiring process. • Process personnel action requests for a wide variety of recruitment and placement actions following the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM)Guide to Processing Personnel Actions (GPPA) and agency policies, procedures, and processes. • Use a tracking/intake system to ensure all actions are processed timely and a status of pending actions can be immediately provided upon request. • Input, edit and update HR information into the integrated NFC payroll and personnel system. • Identifies and resolves issues concerning personnel and payroll data, including special pay and benefits entitlements and withholdings. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Extensive background in staffing and placement on the Federal Government level. • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. • Demonstrated ability to perform job analyses. • Demonstrated experience with (NFC) • Demonstrated experience with (PAR) processing. • Demonstrated experience in (EPIC Web) • Successful completion of security clearance process.
