Description

• Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US • Data, specifically personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the U.S. • We are currently seeking part-time W2 California/Washington licensed therapists who are able to offer 5 sessions/week, and who have the ability to flex additional sessions when needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to offer 5 sessions per week minimum, with the ability to flex up and offer additional sessions if desired • Night and weekend flexibility a plus • Subject to business discretion, be available to add additional hours during peak demand • Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform • Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session • Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc. • Keep your availability calendar up to date • Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership (checking and responding to emails in a timely fashion) • Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers • Be willing and motivated to become licensed in other states as needed
