Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a people manager with a track record of building and leading high performing teams that have effectively delivered business outcomes through technical investments • 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation that allows you to ensure your team is making appropriate technical decisions • Ability to see things at a 300-ft view, while driving ground floor initiatives that unpack highly technical challenges to drive user growth, engagement and retention • Strong product mindset, having built strong cross-functional relationships that build trust with users and drive optimal user experiences • Passion for building delightful user journeys that influence new product areas • Nice to have experience in health tech, building user-facing products • BS, MS in Computer Science or related field
