Description

β€’ Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. β€’ As a Revenue Operations Salesforce Developer, you will ensure we are the best possible partners to our sales team. β€’ This position will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of Headway’s fast growing and ever changing business.

Requirements

β€’ Knowledgeable of Salesforce.com architecture and API β€’ Education: BA/BS/Masters in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field β€’ Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development in a complex environment β€’ Salesforce Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components β€’ Additional Experience: Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration β€’ Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices β€’ Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills β€’ Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
