• Headway’s mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. • We’re a Series D company with over $325m in funding. • We want your time at Headway to be the most meaningful experience of your career. • The engineering team is small but mighty, building a new mental healthcare system using technology. • Our principles include focusing on the mission and shipping small to learn fast. • We use technologies like Python 3, FastAPI, React, and AWS. • Ongoing projects include financial processing, claims management, internal tooling, and patient search.
