Description

• Headway’s mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. • We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Internal Tools platform team. • Your mission will be to empower our internal teams with tools that streamline workflows, drive data-informed decision-making, and improve the Patient and Provider experience. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, and Design to build intuitive, scalable, and cutting-edge tools. • This is a new team at Headway, providing a great opportunity to define strategy and build a team from the ground up.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of product management experience building internal tools, data platforms, or other internal infrastructure. • You enjoy being a platform PM, jamming on technical concepts with your team, and pushing for technical quality. • You enjoy being the translation layer between technical and non-technical teams, and driving alignment between them. • You are a master at digging into data, defining clear goals, running toward them & bringing your team along the way.
