🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in a growth-stage company. • Are a creative storyteller with a passion for mental health and mission-driven work. • Are a phenomenal writer of both short- and long-form content. • Have a proven track record of building engaged social communities and driving audience growth. • Are data-driven, with experience analyzing performance metrics and using insights to optimize content strategy. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities with ease. • Are a strong collaborator who can build relationships across teams and work closely with design, content, and communications partners.
