🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience using data to solve real-world problems and drive decision-making within engineering, product or growth teams • 6+ years of experience at a high-growth technology startup • Opinions about product analytics, a track record of building or driving product analytics rigor, and an understanding how your product recommendations drive business outcomes • High proficiency with SQL, and tools for data analysis • Experience developing tests and predictive analytics, synthesizing results, and building frameworks and data models to make data-informed launch decisions • Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through - you can’t help but ask “why?” and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions • A self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities with limited oversight • Exceptional data storytelling abilities, as well as the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience • Operating in a team-first environment with excellent collaboration and communication skills • You are motivated by our mission.
