• Transform healthcare with Heal.me as a Product Designer, shaping holistic care through superb design across all platforms. • Lead the way in a dedicated team, driving growth and innovation. • Own the design for all platforms: desktop web, mobile web, and mobile app (iOS and Android). • Collaborate and work closely with our Head of Product, CEO, and CTO. • Set best practices and culture for product design as we grow. • Play an important role in deciding how we hire and recruit designers in the future. • Heal.me is a marketplace and SaaS booking platform for holistic practitioners.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of digital product design experience • At least 5 years UI/UX experience • At least 3 years SaaS experience • Familiarity or a strong interest in holistic healthcare and wellness. • Proven ability to work closely with engineering, product and senior leaders to create a seamless user experience. • Skilled in creating designs for a wide range of users, including those with disabilities. • Strong visual storytelling abilities and can effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. • Growth mindset • Desire and capacity to own all of our designs across all platforms, as well as being responsible for ensuring consistent designs across platforms (including proactively building out reusable component libraries, etc.) • Takes the time to understand our users and design with them in mind • Takes a data-driven approach and can design pages to drive conversion rates and our core KPIs
