• A client-facing Requirements Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and communicating clients' and stakeholders' business needs and requirements. • The role ensures that project goals are aligned with these needs, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Certification in Business Analysis a plus • Must have healthcare experience in commercial, Medicaid, or ACA • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT requirements management within a health plan payer environment (developing, reviewing, and analyzing), documentation, system development, or business analysis • Strong analytical skills to solve complex issues and suggest improvements • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and people skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology, including decomposing requirements into user stories • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
