• HealthEdge is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Benefits to oversee global health, wellness, retirement benefits and absence management plans. • This role will help shape the strategy around global benefits for the US and India, ensuring high-level service delivery and engagement. • Proactively manage vendor relationships, compliance, and communication around benefits policies and offerings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in human resource management, business, benefits or related field. • 8+ years of progressive benefits experience and 2+ years of people management experience. • Expertise in global benefits and applicable laws. • Knowledge of HRIS, management reporting and payroll processes within an UKG environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and project management experience.
