• Monitor in-progress product changes for upcoming releases and create release documentation • Format materials and conduct quality control by proofreading and fact-checking deliverables • Write technical and end user topics to assist readers in implementing GuidingCare • Create content using Madcap Flare • Test application features and update documentation • Interview Subject Matter Experts for feature details • Organize and streamline content file structure • Proof-read documents • Provide feedback and look for ways to improve documentation • Contribute to administrative or special projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in technical writing, communications, journalism, English, or comparable field • Knowledgeable about basic word processing application capabilities such as Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent verbal and written communicator • Detail-oriented and organized • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and individuals • Proactive, naturally inquisitive, and motivated to learn • Able to balance the need for direction with self-motivated efforts • Confident enough to voice issues comfortably • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (optional) • Experience with Madcap Flare or similar tech writer tools (optional)
