📋 Description
• Manage month end close including payroll accounting, accruals, commissions, prepaids, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation. • Maintain our AR email account for customer queries and follow up with aged balances. • Assist with business licenses, cash management, and other accounting tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge of GAAP / accrual-based accounting • 3-5 years of relevant experience - in-house or public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred but not required) • Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookup and pivot tables • Experience with various ERP (NetSuite) and software tools (Paylocity, Bill.com, AvaTax) • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred • Prior startup experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS company • Accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to leverage technology for efficient data gathering and analysis • Ability operate and effectively communicate in a remote working environment
