Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years’ experience, preferably in employee benefits or provider organization. • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solutions consulting, sales engineering, technology consulting and customer/client-facing role • Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated analytical abilities, and the ability to work both independently and within teams • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization • Comfortable with ambiguity and take the initiative to drive towards effective resolution are met • Ability to listen, understand and address client needs and concerns in the processes. • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience with mid market benefit brokers is a significant plus. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
