• The Workday Compensation HR Generalist will play a key role in managing and administering the organization's compensation programs, utilizing Workday HCM. • This individual will be responsible for various compensation-related tasks, including salary analysis, job evaluation, incentive plan design, and compensation reporting. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, combined with experience working with Workday HCM. • Key Responsibilities: • Compensation Analysis: Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and recommend salary adjustments to ensure competitive compensation. • Job Evaluation: Develop and maintain job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and assign appropriate pay grades. • Incentive Plan Design: Assist in the design and administration of incentive programs, such as bonuses and commissions. • Compensation Reporting: Generate compensation reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. • Workday HCM: Proficiently use Workday HCM to manage compensation data, process salary increases, and generate compensation reports. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation laws and regulations.
