• 2+ years experience in copywriting, content writing, editing, proofreading, and direct response knowledge • Experience coaching and helping people move through creative blocks • Emotional Intelligence - able to read between the lines • Experience interviewing clients to extract their voice and messaging • Very proficient with Google Docs • Excellent eye for visual aesthetics & good design • Good internet connection • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle high work volume • Maintain open communication with team members via Slack • Good understanding of project management and efficient workflow processes • Positive, teamwork attitude, a real "people person" • Able to take initiative and be open-minded and teachable • Highly coachable and committed to mastering your craft • Strong work ethic
