Description

• The People Operations Manager will guide the team by offering coaching and direction to support the day-to-day people operations workflow. • You will focus on employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, leave of absence management, compliance, and employee engagement. • This is a TEMPORARY position with a 4-month term length. • This is a remote, California-based full-time position reporting to the VP of People Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 of those years as an HRBP and current PHR or SPHR certification • Deep knowledge of EEO, FMLA, and ADA processes • Experience with benefits management • Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations across several states in the U.S. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Paylocity is a bonus) • Experience in a tech company (bonus) • Start-up experience (bonus)
