Description

• Develop KPIs and Dashboards: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor progress against OKRs, ensuring team accountability and facilitating data-driven decision-making • Find Opportunity and Predict Performance: Evaluate leading indicators of critical company metrics, such as retention and growth, to predict and enhance overall company performance • Create Data Tools and Reports: Develop and manage data tools and dashboards in Looker, Excel, and other platforms to support decision-making and process improvements • Drive Data Analysis and Modeling: Collaborate cross-functionally to apply data analyses, models, and statistical techniques to uncover trends, measure performance, and identify opportunities • Oversee Data Infrastructure: Manage data infrastructure, including ingestion, transformation, quality checks, and manipulation, to ensure accurate and actionable insights are delivered from source to stakeholder • Design and Maintain Data Pipelines: Build and maintain complex data pipelines and dashboards using business intelligence tools to present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and business acumen • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of how metrics impact broader business objectives • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders • Ability to prioritize business questions, translate them into actionable insights and tools, and focus on high impact over perfection • Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Prior experience in a startup is a plus • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Looker (or similar BI tools like Tableau). Development experience in LookML and dbt are strongly preferred • Basic knowledge of statistical methods such as significance testing. Experience with data science languages like R and Python, including techniques like multivariate regressions and clustering, is a bonus
