📋 Description
• Piloter notre stratégie e-mail et maximiser les conversions, ventes et l’engagement client. • Définir, développer et exécuter une stratégie e-mailing innovante et performante. • Créer des campagnes e-mail percutantes pour générer des ventes directes. • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des scénarios d’automatisation adaptés aux différents parcours clients. • Analyser les données clés et optimiser les campagnes pour améliorer les résultats. • Effectuer des tests A/B réguliers pour maximiser l’impact des e-mails. • Collaborer avec l’équipe produit et le service client pour créer des messages personnalisés.
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise dans des outils d’e-mailing et d’automatisation (ex : Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot). • Maîtrise des indicateurs clés de performance (OR, CTR, CAC, LTV). • Capacité à travailler avec des données et des CRM pour élaborer des segments précis et pertinents. • Connaissances en HTML/CSS pour personnaliser et optimiser les templates e-mailing (un plus). • Analyse des données et des performances pour prendre des décisions éclairées. • Capacité à identifier des opportunités de croissance à travers l’e-mail marketing. • Créativité : capacité à concevoir des contenus engageants et percutants. • Organisation : gestion efficace des priorités et respect des deadlines. • Esprit d’équipe : aptitude à collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes.
