Description
• Perform manual testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our products. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts. • Conduct regular testing cycles, including regression, integration, and system tests, to identify and resolve issues early. • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, designers, and the QA team to understand requirements and create effective test plans. • Manage the testing process, including the creation and maintenance of test cases, execution of tests, and documentation of results. • Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality of the product. • Identify potential quality risks and work with the team to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression. • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure quality is integrated into the development process.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in QA roles with a strong focus on automation and manual testing within a technology or product development environment. • Experienced with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit). • Experienced understanding user behavior. • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail. • Ability to understand complex products and proven experience working with them. • Highly collaborative team player with a proactive approach to quality assurance. • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
