• The Payroll Manager for Colombia (LATAM) will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations for Helios’ clients within the LATAM region. • This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll management within Colombia and the LATAM region. • In-depth knowledge of Colombian payroll laws and regulations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
